Avaneesh P. (Lecturer, Electronics and Communication Engineering), Programmer officer of Youth Red Cross unit, SDM Polytechnic here, received award from Karnataka State Unit of the Indian Red Cross Society for the highest number of blood donation and organizing maximum number of blood donation camps. Awards ceremony was held at the Red Cross Bhavan in Bengaluru on the occasion of ‘World Blood Donor Day’ (June 14).
