Final-Year ECE Students Explore Real-World Applications at GTTC and Siemens Lab

Final-year Electronics and Communication Engineering students from SDM Polytechnic visited the Government Tool Room and Training Centre (GTTC) in Baikampady and the Siemens Lab at the National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK) in Surathkal, Mangaluru, on August 24. This academic visit, organized as part of their curriculum, aimed to provide practical exposure and bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world applications. The experience allowed students to deepen their understanding of industrial automation and robotics.
