The Departments of Electronics & Communication Engineering and Mechanical Engineering at SDM Polytechnic, Ujire, organized an Industrial Visit for their final-year students on August 7 to Sri Dharmasthala Siri Gramodyoga Samsthe, Belthangady.
The visit aimed to give students practical exposure to automation in the food processing and textile industries, helping them connect classroom concepts with real-world industrial practices.
Faculty members from E&C Engineering — Amareh Hebbar, Shadhvala, and Nikith — along with Mechanical Engineering faculty Shivaraj P., Sai Charan C.H., and Lohith, accompanied the students during the visit.
