The valedictory ceremony of the annual special camp of the NSS unit of SDM Polytechnic College, Ujire, was held on Feb 8, 2025 at the Government Pre-University College, High School Section, Gerukatte. The event was presided over by Mr. Amaresh Hebbar, In-charge Principal of SDM Polytechnic College, Ujire. The distinguished guests included Mr. Keshava Bangera, Lecturer at Narayana Guru PU College, Kudroli; Mrs. Indira, Vice President of the Gram Panchayat, Kaliya; Mr. Surendra Jain, Kaliya Beedu; Mr. Janardhan Gowda, President of the Milk Producers’ Cooperative Society, Kaliya; Mrs. Eshwari K, Vice Principal of Government PU College, High School Section, Gerukatte; and Mr. Badruddin, President of the Auto Owners’ Association, Gerukatte.
Also present were Mr. Prakash Gowda, Program Officer of SDM Polytechnic College, along with Assistant Program Officers Mr. Lohith and Ms. Pushpalatha P. Faculty members, non-teaching staff of SDM Polytechnic College and Gerukatte High School, alumni, and camp participants actively took part in the program.
