A four-day Soft Skills Training Workshop focused on the overall personality development of students was successfully conducted at SDM Polytechnic College, Ujire, from March 23 to March 26. Organized by the college Placement Cell, the workshop was led by Ms. Dhanya Bangera, Customer Success Lead Officer from DLithe Company, Bengaluru.
Second-year students from the Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering departments actively participated in the program.
The workshop featured practical and interactive sessions on key topics such as leadership qualities, teamwork, interview preparation, communication skills, and effective participation in group discussions. The initiative aimed to enhance students’ confidence and equip them with essential skills to be better prepared for future career opportunities.
