Solar Energy Insights: E&C Students' Educational Tour to SDMIT Solar Plant
As part of the curriculum for second-year Electronics and Communication Engineering, our SDM Polytechnic second-year E&C students visited the SDMIT solar plant on August 6. Dr. Sathyanarayana P, Associate Professor, and Dr. Somashekhar D P, Assistant Professor from the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department of SDM Institute of Technology, Ujire, provided explanations on solar cells, the solar effect on the modules, and the inverters used in the solar plant. The visit was organized by Mr. Avaneesh P, lecturer from the ECE Department, and Mrs. Akshatha from the ECE Department.
