The POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Committee of SDM Polytechnic, Ujire, organized an insightful talk on Health and Hygiene exclusively for lady staff and girl students. The session was conducted by Dr. Priyanka Jayadev, MBBS, MS, FMAS, Gynecologist and Consultant at SDM Hospital, Ujire. Dr. Priyanka emphasized the importance of maintaining personal hygiene, menstrual health, and overall well-being. She also highlighted preventive health measures and encouraged participants to adopt healthy lifestyle practices. The interactive session created awareness among the attendees and provided valuable guidance on maintaining good health and hygiene in daily life.
