In this Project partial replacement of fly ash to the cement, fine aggregate by bottom ash and coarse aggregate by coconut shell and results was compared with Mangalore tiles. These replacements done for 50% 45% 40% 35% 30%

Results

• Mould size 30x 30x1cm (corrugated sheets)
• Impact load test shows maximum impact of 110kg
• The material will sustain maximum height 1.2m

Maximum compressive strength for interlocks

• Plastic with natural sand mix is 12.89N/mm2
• Plastic with manufactured sand (M-sand) 10.66 N/mm2
• Plastic with natural sand and M-sand is 11.22 N/mm2
