Leadership and Personal Growth: A Comprehensive Workshop
On August 3, a workshop on personality development and leadership skills was organized for first-year students of SDM Polytechnic in the college auditorium. Dr. Sudhir K.V., a psychology professor from SDM College, participated as the resource person. He taught students the art of developing personality and leadership skills through various engaging activities. He emphasized that positive thinking can help shape one’s life meaningfully. The event was coordinated by Rajesh K.A., the head of the science department. Heads of various departments, teaching and non-teaching staff were present. The program was hosted by English lecturer Shankar Bhat H.R.
