Application: Used to spray pesticides to arecanut
Description: This acts like a robot in spraying pesticides to arecanut which is one of the major crops of south India .One of the major challenges faced by the farmers here is shortage of man power especially in climbing of trees in spraying pesticides. Hence to overcome this problem our students have introduced a robotic climbing machine which can be fixed to one tree and can spray nearby trees around it. The spray nozzle can be turned in 360̊ .
