A Human Resource Development intervention programme for faculty on the topic “Feel Leadership” was organized at SDM Polytechnic on 14th March 2026. The programme aimed to enhance leadership qualities, interpersonal skills, and professional development among the teaching staff. All teaching faculty members actively participated in the session and benefited from the insightful discussions and activities conducted during the programme. The resource persons for the event were Dr. Girish Kumar, Professor at SDM Institute of Technology Ujire, and Dr. Lakshmi Narayana K S, Assistant Professor at SDM College Ujire. They shared valuable insights on effective leadership, communication, and the importance of emotional connection in leadership roles. The programme provided a meaningful learning experience and encouraged faculty members to adopt positive leadership practices in their academic and professional responsibilities.
