The Department of Computer Science of Shree Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Polytechnic, Ujire organized an Industrial Visit to SIRI, Belthangady on 29 July 2026 for the first-year and second-year Computer Science students.
The visit was conducted with the objective of providing students with practical exposure to industry practices, emerging technologies, and the professional work environment. During the visit, students interacted with industry professionals and gained valuable insights into software development, technology-driven solutions, workplace culture, and career opportunities in the IT sector. The session helped bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world industrial applications.
The industrial visit was coordinated by Mrs. Anushree, Lecturer, Department of Computer Science. Ms. Kavyashree, Mr. Mahesh Pai, and Mr. Thribhuvan, Instructors of the Department of Computer Science, actively assisted in organizing and coordinating the event, ensuring its smooth and successful execution.
