The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) successfully organized an online workshop on Docker and Kubernetes for the final-year students from 17th September 2025 to 23rd September 2025.
The sessions were conducted by Mr. Tanzeem Agra, AI Solution Architect at Rug-Rel Components and Systems Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, and Founder of Xerxez Solution, Bangalore. The workshop aimed to provide practical exposure to containerization and orchestration tools that are extensively applied in the IT industry.
Over the span of six days, the workshop covered:
- Docker Fundamentals – images, containers, volumes, networking
- Kubernetes Concepts – clusters, pods, services, deployments
- Real-World Applications – DevOps integration, cloud deployment, automation
- Hands-On Practice – containerized applications
The program enriched students with valuable insights into modern software development practices, preparing them to meet industry requirements in cloud computing, DevOps, and software deployment.
