The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at SDM Polytechnic, Ujire, organized an insightful talk on “Cyber Security” on 11th October 2025. The session was delivered by Dr. Mohan Naik R, Associate Professor, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, SDM Institute of Technology, Ujire.
In his address, Dr. Mohan Naik highlighted the growing significance of cyber security in the modern digital era. He elaborated on various cyber threats, shared practical data protection strategies, and emphasized the importance of ethical online behavior to ensure safety in cyberspace. The session enriched students with valuable knowledge and awareness about safeguarding themselves from potential cyber risks.
