The final-year students of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), SDM Polytechnic, Ujire, undertook a technical and educational visit to Shree Prasada, Shree Sanidhya, and the Shivaratri Gudde Water Project on 20 July 2027.
The visit provided students with an opportunity to understand the planning, infrastructure, water management systems, and sustainable practices adopted at these facilities. The exposure helped students relate theoretical concepts with practical applications while enhancing their knowledge of engineering solutions used in real-life projects.
During the visit, the students had the privilege of receiving the blessings of Dr. D. Veerendra Heggade, President, SDM Educational Society, who encouraged them to pursue technical excellence, innovation, and social responsibility in their professional careers.
The technical visit was coordinated by Mr. Avaneesh, Lecturer, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, who ensured the smooth planning and successful execution of the programme.
