As a part of the Induction Programme, an informative session on the Diploma Examination Pattern, Passing and Eligibility Criteria, and Attendance Requirements was conducted on 13th July 2026 at the Workshop Seminar Hall of SDM Polytechnic, Ujire.
The session was delivered by Mr. Shiva Prasad, Lecturer, Department of Mechanical Engineering, who explained the diploma examination scheme, minimum passing requirements, eligibility criteria for appearing in examinations, and the importance of maintaining the prescribed attendance. The session helped the newly admitted students gain a clear understanding of the academic regulations and examination process.
All teaching and non-teaching staff members were present during the programme. The event was successfully coordinated by the staff coordinators Mr. Shreyank and Mr. Yagnesh.
