The Placement and Training Cell of Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Polytechnic, Ujire, organised a pool campus recruitment drive in collaboration with Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, Bengaluru, on October 24, 2026.
A total of 60 students from SDM Polytechnic and various nearby polytechnic colleges participated in the recruitment drive. Students from Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Electronics and Communication Engineering branches took part in the selection process.
Mr. Amaresh Hebbar, Training and Placement Officer, welcomed the dignitaries. Mrs. Sofia and Mr. Siddalingappa Gouda Patil from the Human Resources team of Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, Bengaluru, interacted with the students and provided valuable information about employment opportunities and the recruitment
Process.
Principal Mr. Santhosha addressed the gathering and encouraged students to make the best use of the employment opportunities available to them. He emphasised the importance of technical knowledge, professional skills, discipline, and self-confidence in building successful careers.
The pool campus drive was a valuable initiative that enabled students from multiple polytechnic institutions to explore career opportunities with a reputed multinational company.
